February 18, 2012(Saturday) - KNIGHT SOUTHEASTERN DOLL SHOWS JACKSONVILLE, FL DOLL & BEAR SHOW - Ramada Conference Center Mandarin 3130 Hartley Road Jacksonville, FL 32257 -Headed South or North on I-95 take Exit 337 off I-95 onto I-295 West, then take Exit 5A off I-295 onto FL 13 San Jose Blvd (going West that's a right turn) then take the first right onto Hartley Road and the Ramada will be around on your right. Coming from the West on I-10, headed toward Jacksonville take Exit 356 off I-10 onto I-295 headed Southeast. March 12, 2012(Saturday) -  "A Day at the Beach," the 18th annual March Fantasy Doll and Toy Show and Sale, will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. March 13 at the Fairhope Civic Center - Hosted by the Eastern Shore Doll Study Club of America, the show will display dolls from antique to modern - Cost is $2 for adults and $1 for children ages 6 to 12 - The event will feature more than 30 dealers from several states, each selling a variety of dolls, toys and doll-related items. Dolls and toys range from older favorites such as antique bisque and composition dolls, to the popular modern vinyl dolls such as Madame Alexander and Barbie. Handmade dolls will also be on sale -  Cynthia Orgeron will offer professional written appraisals. Orgeron has more than 30 years experience - A children’s door prize will be awarded. The drawing for the special prize will be at the end of the show, and the winner need not be present to win - Chances are available for many helper prizes, including dolls and doll-related items. The winning tickets will also be drawn at the end of the show.
